         One of the best openings I have had was had this past October, 2015 at Valkarie Gallery in Bel Mar, CO. The turn out was phenomenal, not to mention I sold Guardian of the Bees- a rather large painting, before the show opened, and Magic, my swimming otters and candle light, as well as a few others at the opening. The poetry reading was lovely- I laughed...and cried. I really did. It was intense. I hope you were there. Once again Valarie Savaries paintings and my own worked well together on the wall, storytellers that we are. Seen here is Across the Universe based on a poem by Lincoln Carr, and in the fabulous upcycled old Victorian frame is Recurrence based on a poem by Trinity LeFay.
